Job Summary:
Behind every great meal is a stellar team, and we’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher to help keep the energy flowing at Hef’s Hut. As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently, supporting the culinary team so they can focus on delivering great food.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans in a timely manner.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment properly and safely.
- Keep the dish station, sinks, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning duties as needed.
- Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Remove trash and recycling and help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to keep operations moving smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Comfortable working around hot water, steam, and kitchen equipment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
